でも一人だと危険だし物価高なので費用も抑えたい思っている人も多いと思います。
However, many people think it is dangerous to go alone and want to keep costs down because of high price of commodities.
ここでは、実際に行ってみて一人旅におすすめな安全でコスパの良い場所を紹介していきます。
I will introduce you to place that’s safe and great bang for your buck recommended for a solo trip that I actually went to.
カンボジア/ Cambodia
東南アジアに位置するカンボジアは物価も安く治安も悪くないです。実際に女性一人で観光に訪れている人にも会いました。
Cambodia, which is located to southeast Asia, is cheap and not too dangerous. I actually met a woman who visited Cambodia for a solo travel.
ご飯は屋台で食べれば1食150円～300円程度。街のレストランに入っても500円程度で満足に食べることができます。（価格は2018年当時の目安）
If you eat lunch at a food stall, it costs around $1 to $3 per meal. Even if you enter a restaurant in the city, you can eat satisfactorily for about $5. (Prices are estimates as of 2018)
また宿舎は僕の場合、プール付きの少し豪華なホテルで1泊2,000円。ドミトリー式でトイレシャワー共有の宿は1泊200円でした（笑）
In my case, I was able to stay at a slightly luxurious hotel with a pool $20 per night. The dormitory style accommodation with shared toilet and shower was $2 per night lol.
そして何と言っても世界遺産のアンコールワットは見ごたえ十分。
And the world heritage Angkor Wat is worth seeing.
夜は「パブストリート」でお酒を飲んでクラブに行って深夜まで楽しめるところもおすすめポイントです。
The fact which you can enjoy drinking and going to clubs until midnight on “Pub Street” at night make the trip worth it.
世界遺産や自然、夜遊びを一気に楽しみたい人におすすめです。
I recommend for those who want to enjoy world heritage site, rich of nature and nightlife all at once.
ミャンマー/Myanmar
2番目に紹介する国はミャンマー！

ゴールドロックが有名ですが、

その他にも見渡す限り金色の寺やいろんな面で心配になるアミューズメントパークなどもあります。
but there are also golden temples more than meets the eye and amusement park that are worrisome in many ways.
発展途上国特有の街並みや雰囲気を味わえることもできます。
You can also enjoy the townscape and atmosphere of developing country.
物価も安く基本カンボジアと同じような価格帯です。
Prices are cheap and basically the same price range as Cambodia.
かつてアジア最貧国と言われていたミャンマーですが、それを感じさせないくらい国民は笑顔で温かい人が多かったです。
Myanmar was once said to be the poorest country in Asia, but there were many people who smiled and were kind enough to not make me feel sorry for them.
ちょっとした冒険感覚で旅してみたい人におすすめです。
I recommended for those who want to travel with a little sense of adventure.
コスタリカ/Costa Rica
3つ目は中南米の楽園、コスタリカ！
The third is Costa Rica, a paradise in Central and South America!
物価はランチで500円～1,000円と安いわけでもなく高いわけでもないといった感じ。
Prices are $5 to $10 for lunch, which is neither cheap nor expensive.
治安は中南米の中では良い方で、気を付けていればそこまで心配することはない印象です。
Safety is one of the best in Central and South America, and I have the impression that if you are careful, you don’t have to worry about it.
とにかく自然豊かで、珍しい動物を観察したり火山を間近で見れたり、非日常をたくさん経験できます。
It is rich in nature, and you can observe rare animals, see volcanoes up close, and experience many extraordinary things.
また、温泉にも入ることができちゃいます！
And you can bathe into a hot spring!
日本人からすると温泉というか露天温水プール？みたいな感じですが行く価値はあります！（笑）
It is like a Open-air heated pool(?) for Japanese but definitely worth going!
